Ma3ak is an AI customer-service assistant that speaks Egyptian Arabic and answers calls and messages on behalf of the businesses that subscribe to it. This page explains what data we receive, how we use it, and how to ask us to delete it.

Data we receive

• When you message us on WhatsApp: your phone number, your profile name and the messages you send.
• When you use the form on our website: your name, type of business, phone number and anything you write.
• On calls we answer for subscribing businesses: the conversation and the order or booking details. This data belongs to that business and is used only to provide the service to it.

How we use it

• To reply to you, answer your questions and arrange a trial.
• An AI reads your message to write the reply; if a person from our team is needed, we send them an email alert.
• To provide the service to subscribing businesses: recording orders and bookings and preparing their reports.

Who sees it

Only the Ma3ak team, and the companies that run our servers, AI and WhatsApp services, each seeing only what it needs for the service to work. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it to reply to you and provide the service; then we delete it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

How to request deletion

Email sales@ma3ak.io or send a WhatsApp message to +20 103 421 0991 saying "delete my data" with your phone number. We will delete your messages and data within 30 days and confirm to you.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, and our servers are protected with access limited to our team.
